Normal Account Closure

When a Player doesn’t show any signs of RG, we will proceed to Disable Account (Non-RG Account Closure)

  1. Ensure the Player is verified
    1. Chat: Ensure, the Player is logged in. If not, verify 3 security details.
    2. Email: Ensure they used their registered email address or provided 3 security details. If they didn’t, ask them to contact us via the email registered.
  2. Ask for the reason why they want to block the account and for how long they would like it closed for
    • If there are any RG indications, ask RG questions and follow RG procedures
  3. Close the account
    • PL’s Profile > Status > change the status to “DISABLE”
  4. Leave a **note on the pop up “**Account Closure – [REASON] – [TICKET ID]”
  5. Confirm to the Player that their account has been closed.
