Responsible Gaming Closure

When a Player shows any signs of RG, we will proceed via Self-Exclusion (RG Account Closure)

  1. Ensure the Player is verified
    1. Chat: Ensure, the Player is logged in. If not, verify 3 security details.
    2. Email: Ensure they used their registered email address or provided 3 security details. If they didn’t, ask them to verify the connected address and insist on confirming security questions.
  2. Close the account
    • PL’s Profile > Action Links > Account Limits
    • Go to “Add Self Exclusion Period” and in “Period” choose “FOREVER”
    • Click “Add” and now the Self Exclusion should appear on the Limits section
  3. Leave a **note on the pop-up “**Permanent SE – [REASON] – [TICKET ID]”
  4. Confirm to the Player that their account has been closed.
