How do I set deposit or loss limits?

When requesting a deposit or loss limit to be set, please state the time interval (daily, weekly, monthly) and the amount of the limit via Email or Live Chat.

If you wish to reduce your financial limits, the change will take effect immediately. However, if you want to remove or increase your limits, a 24-hour ‘cooling-off’ period will apply, during which your original limit will remain in place.
