If your games are not working, it may be due to a few different reasons:
Location Mismatch: Ensure you are in the same country that you set as your profile country. If you are using a VPN, we recommend turning it off to resolve this issue.
Closed Account: If your account is on cooling-off or closed, you won’t be able to play any games.
Account Limits: Check for any active limits in your account, such as Session or Loss limits, that may affect your ability to play.
