A card deposit may be declined for several different reasons. Some of the most common ones include:
- Missing beneficiary name: You may not have entered your First and Last name in the “Beneficiary” field.
- Expired card: Your card may no longer be valid.
- Insufficient funds: Your bank may be unable to complete the transaction due to low balance.
- Incorrect card details: Double-check the card number, expiry date, and CVV.
- Bank approval required: Some banks block online gaming transactions unless you approve them manually.
- Missing 3D Secure verification: Your card must support 3D Secure (such as Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode).
- Security flag: Our security system may have detected a potential connection to multiple accounts, which can block payment attempts.
If none of these reasons apply and your deposit is still failing, please let us know — we can review the issue and escalate it to our Payments Team if needed.
