Why is my deposit missing?

Please allow up to 10 minutes for your deposit to be processed.

If more than 10 minutes have passed and you have been charged, but the funds still haven’t appeared in your Slotmaster account, please send us a proof of payment so we can review the transaction.

You can email your proof to hey@slotmaster.com. The document should show the amount, date, and transaction reference to help us investigate as quickly as possible.

We’ll review the case and update you as soon as we have more information.
