Yes — you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your withdrawal is approved by our team. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam/junk folder just in case).
You can also track your withdrawal status anytime in Side Menu → My Account → Activity → Transactions. Approved withdrawals will show as Processed/Approved there.
Tip: After approval, the arrival time depends on your payment method and bank/e-wallet processing times. If it seems delayed beyond the usual timeframe for your method, Fiona can escalate your case to the payments team to check on it.
