Canceling a withdrawal you requested is very easy. Simply click on the Wallet button, and any pending withdrawals will be displayed. Just click on the “Cancel” option, and the amount will be immediately returned to your balance.

Yes, you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your withdrawal has been approved by our team. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).

Our default withdrawal limits are a maximum of €4,000 per day, a maximum of €10,000 per week and a maximum of €20,000 per month (or equivalent in any currency).

The minimum withdrawal amount is 25 EUR or equivalent to your currency.

Withdrawals are usually instant, but in rare cases where a manual review is needed may take up to 24 hours to be processed on our side.  Once approved, depending on your bank policy, the funds will be credited in your account within 3-5 business days.
