Our default withdrawal limits are a maximum of €5,000 per day, a maximum of €10,000 per week and a maximum of €20,000 per month (or equivalent in any currency).

The minimum withdrawal amount is 25 EUR or equivalent to your currency.

Withdrawals are usually instant, but in rare cases where a manual review is needed may take up to 24 hours to be processed on our side.  Once approved, depending on your bank policy, the funds will be credited in your account within 3-5 business days.

There could be a few reasons for this: You have not entered your First and Last name in the ‘Beneficiary’ field; Withdrawing to an account under the name of another person An excessive amount of payment methods added in your account Limits imposed by your bank
