The available payment methods depend on the market you’re registered in. We offer a range of options tailored to each market, with some regions having more choices than others. To see which methods are available to you, simply go to the Deposit section while logged into your account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 25 EUR or equivalent to your currency.

The minimum deposit amount is 20 EUR or equivalent to your currency.

There could be a few reasons for this:– You have not entered your First and Last name in the ‘Beneficiary’ field;– Your card could have expired;– Insufficient funds;– You have not entered your card details correctly;– Your issuing bank requests specific transaction approval;– You don’t have a 3D security code;– Оur security system has detected a possible link between multiple accounts.

Please allow up to 10 minutes for the transaction to be processed.  If more than 10 minutes have passed and you have been charged, but the funds are missing, please send a proof of the payment to support@betiro.com for us to review further and update you as quickly as possible.

Withdrawals are usually instant, but in rare cases where a manual review is needed may take up to 24 hours to be processed on our side.  Once approved, depending on your bank policy, the funds will be credited in your account within 3-5 business days.
