Please allow up to 10 minutes for the transaction to be processed.  If more than 10 minutes have passed and you have been charged, but the funds are missing, please send a proof of the payment to support@betiro.com for us to review further and update you as quickly as possible.

Withdrawals are usually instant, but in rare cases where a manual review is needed may take up to 24 hours to be processed on our side.  Once approved, depending on your bank policy, the funds will be credited in your account within 3-5 business days.

There could be a few reasons for this: You have not entered your First and Last name in the ‘Beneficiary’ field; Withdrawing to an account under the name of another person An excessive amount of payment methods added in your account Limits imposed by your bank

Wherever possible, we do not charge you for deposits and withdrawals to your account. Fees may be applied, from time to time, in relation to the use of certain payment methods and/or if we incur a foreign currency charge in relation to your deposit/withdrawal.
