If a player shares a screenshot that includes the campaign overlay—like the one shown here—we can guide them to visit our Promotions page for full details about the offer.
In the overlay, the promotion name is clearly visible. For example, in this case, it’s Point Pursuit. Other campaigns may include Dealer’s Duel or Daily Prize Chase. Just below the promotion title, players can also see the campaign’s timeframe, which indicates when rankings will reset and when prizes will be distributed.
To view the free spins or prizes they’ve received, players should visit the Bonus page. There, they’ll find the promotion name along with the number of spins or bonuses awarded.
If you see a Leaderboard in the screenshot, you can also identify the name of the campaign—such as Point Pursuit—as described above.
These leaderboards are part of our in-game campaigns, where players receive different prizes based on their rank position.
To help the player:
- Direct them to the Promotions page to get detailed information about the campaign and its rewards.
- Ask them to check the Bonus page to see the spins or bonuses they’ve received.
- If the player is missing their spins, remind them to verify whether the campaign timeframe has ended. This information is displayed just below the campaign name, showing how many days or hours are left before the rank resets and prizes are credited.
