At some point, we may request that you verify the payment methods you’ve used on Dreamz, but you’re also welcome to verify them at any time.
To do so, simply go to Verify Payment Methods and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that each payment method will have its own document requirements, so ensure you provide the necessary details for each.
Photos of Credit Cards: Copies of the front and back of the credit card. For security reasons, please cover the digits so that only the first 6 and last 4 digits are visible as well as cover the CVC code on the back of your card.
Bank statements: Copy of a physical document, the original PDF file or a screenshot of your online banking pages showing your account number, name and address as the account holder. May not be older than 3 months.
E-wallets: A screenshot must show the entire page including the browser URL, your full name & account status.
