When a Player doesn’t show any signs of RG, we will proceed to Disable Account (Non-RG Account Closure)
- Ensure the Player is verified
- Chat: Ensure, the Player is logged in. If not, verify 3 security details.
- Email: Ensure they used their registered email address or provided 3 security details. If they didn’t, ask them to contact us via the email registered.
- Ask for the reason why they want to block the account and for how long they would like it closed for
- If there are any RG indications, ask RG questions and follow RG procedures
- Close the account
- PL’s Profile > Status > change the status to “DISABLE”
- Leave a **note on the pop up “**Account Closure – [REASON] – [TICKET ID]”
- Confirm to the Player that their account has been closed.
