When a Player shows any signs of RG, we will proceed via Self-Exclusion (RG Account Closure)
- Ensure the Player is verified
- Chat: Ensure, the Player is logged in. If not, verify 3 security details.
- Email: Ensure they used their registered email address or provided 3 security details. If they didn’t, ask them to verify the connected address and insist on confirming security questions.
- Close the account
- PL’s Profile > Action Links > Account Limits
- Go to “Add Self Exclusion Period” and in “Period” choose “FOREVER”
- Click “Add” and now the Self Exclusion should appear on the Limits section
- Leave a **note on the pop-up “**Permanent SE – [REASON] – [TICKET ID]”
- Confirm to the Player that their account has been closed.
