If you need some time off, you can choose to take a temporary break from playing. This break can last for a day, a week, or even a few months, depending on what works best for you.
During this period, you will still be able to log in and access your account, but you won’t be able to deposit, play, or receive promotional offers. Once the selected break period ends, your account will automatically reactivate.
If you prefer to step away for a longer period, you can request to close your account indefinitely. This means you will no longer be able to log in or play, unless specific reactivation rules apply under our Responsible Gaming policy.
