Where can I send the documents for the verification?

When it’s time to verify your account, you’ll receive a notification via email, and the Verification page will appear when you try to make a deposit or a withdrawal.

From there, you can securely upload your documents directly through our Verification Tool.

If you’ve received an email requesting documents but the Verification page isn’t available, you can reply directly to that email with the required files attached.

Tip: Make sure your documents are clear, valid, and fully visible to avoid any delays. The most common documents requested include:

  • Proof of identity (passport, driver’s license, or national ID)
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months)
  • Proof of payment method (such as a card or e-wallet screenshot)
