Why did I not receive my bonus?

There could be a few reasons for this:
– You did not opt in for the bonus before you made your qualifying deposit;
– You opted in for 2 or more different bonuses at the same time and your deposit activated only 1 of them. You will need to make another qualifying deposit to receive the second bonus;
– Your deposit amount was below the minimum eligible amount.
