Why did I not receive my Welcome Offer?

There could be a few reasons why the Welcome Offer wasn’t added to your account.

  • The offer is only valid within 7 days of registration.
  • It is limited to one per IP address, device, or household.
  • The bonus must be selected (opted in) during your first deposit — if it wasn’t selected, the offer won’t be applied automatically.
