Deposits Not Added – Over 24 Hours
– If it has been over 24 hours and your deposit has not been added, please provide us with a document showing your transaction, also known as a proof of transaction. The document should include the amount, date, and reference number of the payment. We will then investigate what might have happened to your deposit and determine whether it will bounce back to your bank account or be credited to your player account.
