If a player says they did not get the free bet, or if the free bet is missing. There could be a few reasons why your free bet hasn’t been credited:
- The offer is only valid once. If you’ve already received it in the past, it won’t be available again.
- The minimum bet amount to qualify is €25. Make sure your qualifying bet met this requirement.
- The minimum odds must be 2.0 or higher. Bets placed with lower odds won’t count towards the offer.
- Your bet must settle as lost. If your bet is still open or if it won, the free bet won’t be granted.
- It must be a single bet. Combo bets are not eligible for this offer.
